Nuala Keegan
"Nurture your Sparkle"
I was introduced to yoga in 1990 whilst living in the UK and was amazed with the instant release from back pain and the deep sense of stillness after just one class. At the time I was working in a very demanding career in the music industry and yoga was my main fixer for stress, demands and touring. For many years in London I was taught by Ruth White (Ayengar extraordinaire at the time) and practised Hatha and Ashtanga in both the UK and Ireland. After moving from a two year stint in Africa to Co Wicklow, I decided to take the plunge and embrace yoga completely. I received a Diploma in Teacher Training in 2006 with Yoga Therapy Training Centre – continuing to attend workshops by leading global
teachers and constantly researching the latest scientific tests, sharing new information and styles. I established West Wicklow Yoga in 2007 dedicated to introducing, teaching and enabling people of all ages to discover self care with intuitiveness. In February 2015 I received a Diploma in Natural Rejuvenating Facelift Massage at The London Centre of Indian Champissage International – a new and exciting treatment based on Ayurvedic techniques, performed without the use of products and instruments.
In 2020 I established nualakeeganwellness.com blending everything I have on offer. Dedicated weekly yoga classes where long lasting friendships have developed, Weekend
Escapes for my clients and yogis, corporate classes and Facelift massages for Electric Picnic, Lakeshore Wellness Days, Wellfest, corporate days and private parties.
Nuala is a certified Reiki Healer, and hold certificates in Counselling and NLP.
